Document Description
DFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2006-0033-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, City of Chico. As part of the Water Pollution Control Plant Expansion Project, City of Chico proposes to abandon its current outfall diffuser and install a new, upgraded diffuser and associated junction box.
