prezone of 11.53 acres to A-3 (previously RR - rural residential in the county),
a tentative subdivsion of 22 acres into 7 parcels,
removal of existing site structures & improvements,
a grading variance to exceed 20 foot slope heights to construct building pads,
infrastructure improvements to provide access to the lots, &
annexation to Sewer Improvement Districts 5 & 6.
