Document Description
The Operator proposes to remove two culverts and replace them with a freespan bridge over an unnamed tributary to Bale Slough. The culverts will be removed and the banks and channel bottom will be restored to match upstream and downstream contours. The Operator will then install a freespan bridge over the same section of creek to allow farming equipment to access the vineyard. The bridge will be placed on native soil on the top of the bank. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2003-0379-3 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
