Document Description
The Law Building Infill addition will construct a new building in the south-facing courtyard of the Law School complex. Law Building Infill will include 52,072 gross square feet (gsf) of new construction, including library, instructional, office, café and student lounge space and will renovate 27,521 assignable below-grade levels and one above-grade level. Two landscaped courtyards totaling 9,000 square feet will be created. A roof terrace will be linked to the existing building by bridges to the adjacent terrace and to the existing law school reading room. The roof terrace will provide the law school with outdoor space for social and ceremonial events.
