Document Description
Two low-flow crossings (0A and 0B) of Quiota Creek on private land would be removed and replaced with bottomless arched culverts to facilitate steelhead passage. Minor grading of approximately 1,000 feet of stream channel would occur to provide a smooth flow line and minimize erosion and scour from storm runoff. Existing scour on the downstream side of Crossing 0B would be repaired with the rock and perpendicular rock vanes. Soils disturbed by construction would be seeded with native species for erosion control and bank restoration.
