Document Description
The project consists of a proposal to develop a 236+/- acre site known as "Riverwalk." The project site is proposed to be developed into up to 738 residential lots, including up to 240 multi-family residential units (12 acres); a commercial site (10.35 acres); a community service site; natural gas facilities and well sites; open space composed of passive open space, parks, and trails (33 acres); neighborhood parks; construction of on-site roadways; and vairous related on-site and off-site improvements.
