Document Description
The Valley Health Center at Gilroy would consist of a new 50,000 to 60,000 square foot two-story building, along with paved parking areas. The proposed project would have a building footprint of four to six acres and would be located adjacent to Arroyo Circle. The proposed project would be designed to include post-construction structural controls where feasible, and Best Management Practices (BMPs) for reducing contamination in stormwater runoff as permanent features of the project. Circulation of the project site would be designed to provide adequate circulation/ emergency access and would comply with all adopted programs supporting alternative transportation.
