Document Description
The project site is located at 3300 Olympic Boulevard, in the City of Santa Monica. Project implementation involves the demolition of 15,700 square feet of car storage and service writer office space and the development of 54,047 square feet (sf) of new structures to house the following uses above a subterranean garage: auto sales showroom and offices, new car storage, and 148 parking spaces (some of which would be tandem). An existing project structure (auto service) would be internally reconfigured to provide 11 additional service bays (for a total of 48). Specifically, in the western half of the project site, one two-story building would include about 9,618 s.f. of auto showroom and sales offices, 10,021 s.f. of rooftop car storage, 19,425 s.f. of covered car storage, and 14,983 s.f. of semi-subterranean parking.
