Remove two (2) old toilets and replace them with new concrete precast flush toilets to upgrade existing park utilities. The work includes demolition of one existing vault toilet and an existing flush toilet and its septic system, excavation for two (2) new flush toilets, new water and sewer systems, placing new appurtenance and minor grading around new vault toilet in approximately the same locations.
