Westmont College proposes to revise its active Conditional Use Permit in order to 1) include a newly purchased 3.48 acre parcel (APN 013-080-004, nominally, the "Cold Spring Property") for a total campus size of 111.24 gross acres, 2) modernize Westmont's Master Plan (originally approved in 1964, updated three times, most recently in 1990, and not yet fully realized) and 3) sharpen County approval criteria for future development under the revised Plan as proposed.
