The project proposes the widening of East H Street from three to four westbound lanes for a length of approximately 1,700 feet or 0.3 miles. The roadway improvements, which are proposed between a point approximately 600 feet east of Hidden Vista Drive and Interstate 805, also include the relocation of a bus stop and bike lane and the construction of several retaining walls in the area north of the roadway.
