Proposing improvements to the Honey Lake Safety Roadside Rest Area. The Honey Lake SRRA is located in Lassen County on SR395, approximately 12 miles south of Johnstonville. Work includes: Replacement of the existing comfort station, expansion of the parking facilty, replacement of the existing sanitary and water system. ADA upgrade, and the provison of additional storage and new maintenance/CHP office.
