Document Description
The County of San Joaquin is proposing to design and construct a new sanitary sewer system for the County of Boggs Tract area residents. The new sanitary sewer system would be designed to connect to the City of Stockton's existing sewer system within the Boggs Tract project area. The City's existing sewer system consists of a 27-inch and 36-inch trunk sewer line located in Scotts Avenue and Del Norte Avenue, respectively, and 6-to-8-inch main lines located in several roadways throughout the Boggs Tract project area. The project would construct approximately 14,500 linear feet of new sewer pipeline. Main lines (pipeline 8 inches in diameter) would be constructed within the roadways of the Boggs Tract project area. Service lines (pipeline 4 inches in diameter) would form a "T" connection to the main line and would be brought to the property boundary of each residence in the project area so that individual residences could connect to the system at a later date. The project is in the unincorporated area of Boggs Tract surrounded by the City of Stockton.
