Document Description
The California Tahoe Conservancy has approved the sale and transfer of 5,896 sf of hard coverage rights from Conservancy-owned land to receiving parcels on which the buyer will construct additional storage facilities at their existing storage complex located in the Tahoe Vista Community Plan area. The transfer enables the receiving landowner to carry out the project without any net increase in the amount of existing land coverage in the hydrologically-related area.
