Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2005-0238-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Woodside Rancho Murieta LLC.
The proposed project consists of the creation of 198 single-family residential lots, five open space parcels, four water quality basins, and the installation of an off-site force main, located along Stone House Road.
The stream alteration agreement pertains to the grading, road crossing, road fill slope and a water quality basin within approximately 0.1061 acres of ephemeral drainage channels (12 channels total) to accommodate the housing development.
