California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA# 6-2001-51) pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Van Daele Development Corporation. The applicant proposes to develop a 41.53 acre single-family residential subdivision, which includes 4 on-site drainage features, containing principally non-native vegetation of low habitat quality, 3 of which will be affected by site development, and approximately 1.86 acres of water of the state, including 0.19 acre of jurisdictional wetlands; the project will permanently impact approximately 1.38 acres of CDFG jurisdiction, which includes 0.14 acre of wetland, and will also result in the permanent loss of approximatley 0.91 acre of Riversidean Sage Scrub. The project is located in the City of Riverside in Riverside County.
