Document Description
The proposed hotel development includes the construction of approximately 245,000 square feet of floor area, which includes 310 hotel rooms, 15,000 square feet of conference spaces, a 7,500-square foot in-hotel restaurant and bar, and a 5,000 square foot health spa. In addition, a six-story parking garage is proposed, with a total of 462 parking spaces, located on the portion of the site closest to Highway 101 and the Franklin Parkway offramp.
