Document Description
The Operator proposes to alter the streambed to regrade approximately 12,050 linear feet of a dirt road that provides access to power poles in a portion of Rattlesnake Canyon. The project will require a D5 Caterpillar bulldozer for the mass grading and a John Deere motor grader for the finish grading. A brushing crew will trim mostly upland vegetation along the side of the road prior to grading. Grading is expected to impact a maximum of one foot on either side of the road for a total impact of 24,100 square feet. The project site is located 2.5 miles east-northeast of the community of Dulzura, in eastern San Diego County.
