The project calls for a Community Plan Amendment, Conditional Use Permit, Rezone, Parcel Map, Tentative Subdivision Map, and Special Development Permit to create 61 residential lots and 3 common area lots on 17.2 acres. The development would be a gated community with private streets. The project site is located on a portion of the 172+/- acre Valley Hi Country Club golf course. The current project site includes an 18-hole golf course with professional golf shop, a clubhouse with banquet facilities, a restaurtant and bar, golf cart barn, and outdoor recreational facilities including a swimming pool and tennis courts. The Valley Hi Country Club recently reconfigured the golf course to accommodate this project. This includes modifying the layout of three holes by grading and contouring new trees, greens, and creation water features.
