Document Description
The project consists of the construction, maintenance, and operation of approximately 8,500 feet of 27-inch diameter underground mortar-lined and coated steel pipe. The pipeline would generally extend from the Agency's Eldridge Tanks to Madrone Road. The project would include connections to existing pipeline facilities, valves, cathodic protection, and appurtenances. An access area approximately 50-feet wide would be required along the length of the pipeline during construction. Alternatives to the project, including alternative pipeline routes, may be evaluated in the Initial Study based on input from the public and regulatory agencies during the NOP review period.
