As part of the construction of a single family home the operator proposes to widen the existing 8 -10 foot wide road crossing over Miranda Creek, along Camino Monte Sol in Alamo, Contra Costa County. The road will be widened approximately 10 feet, for a total of 20 feet, by removing the existing 4 foot tall head and end walls and building new 10 foot tall retaining/head and end walls, in the same foot print as the existing walls.
