Document Description
As mitigation for the displacement of creekbed and shading impacts to Pacheco Creek (Walnut Creek) caused by the pipe bridge that was installed (without a streambed alteration agreement) on the north side of and adjacent to Waterfront Rd. in Martinez, Contra Costa County, the Operator proposes to create .13 acres of wetlands. Approximately 200 feet north of Waterfront Rd., approximately 24' wide, and a new 5:1 upland slope (.12 acres). A mitigation total of .25 acres. This area will be replanted and 6 valley oak trees will be planted near the top of the slope. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-0089 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
