Culvert replacement and reshaping and armoring of about 50 feet of eroded gully; the toe of the rock along Salmon Creek will be high on the bank, at or above the 100-year flood line. Portions of the reshaped gully will be seeded with an erosion control mix and protected with straw mulch. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-0558 pursuant to Fish abd Game Code Section 1603.
