A Development Plan Review for said office building; 4. A Variance to reduce the maximum 25-foot rear yard to approximately 12-feet and to allow said office building to exceed 40 feet in height up to an approximate total height of 53 feet to allow construction of a glass skylight over the central atrium area of the proposed building.
