An application to approve a conditional use permit and design review to allow the construction and operation of a convenience store and gasoline station. The proposed convenience store would be approximately 1,650 square feet in size and a canopy covering four fuel islands would be approximately 1,648 square feet in size. The fuel islands would be served by two underground fuel tanks. The site was previously developed as a gasoline and convenience store. However, underground tanks and all buildings were demolished in March of 1990. Since 1990, no new development on the site has occurred.
