Document Description
1) A zoning code amendment to permit increased densities and heights in the RMF-2 zone for qualifying rental apartment projects. Total density increase for qualifying projects would be 138% (from 12 units per acre to 28.5 units per acre) and maximum height increase for qualifying projects would be from the current 35 feet above understructure parking to 54 feet above understructure parking; and 2) A 152 unit apartment building on 3.22 acres on the northwest corner of Joaquin Road and Meridian Boulevard. The proposed structure is four stories above an understructure parking facility with a height of 54 feet as measured from the ceiling of the parking structure.
