Document Description
The Southeast Coastal Redevelopment Project proposes a 160-acre redevelopment area within the City of Huntington Beach. Although there are various specific development proposals within the Project Area, the Redevelopment Plan does not include any site-specific development. Rather, the purpose for implementing the Redevelopment Plan is to facilitate development and infrastructure improvements within and near the Southeast Coastal Redevelopment Project Area, in order to provide aesthetic enhancements, infrastructure improvements, and hazardous materials remediation to this blighted and under-utilized area.
