Document Description
The Rowland Water District intends to construct a pipeline associated with two of its reservoirs to help meet current demands. Accordingly, this Initial Study (IS) in support of CEQA is prepared to analyze the potential environmental consequences of the proposed pipeline system. The Rowland Water District supplies approximately 13 million gallons of water daily to a population of nearly 55,000 residents within the unincorporated portions of Rowland Heights, La Puente, Hacienda Heights and the Cities of West Covina and Industry, Los Angeles County, California.
