Document Description
A request by CRS Farming, LLC, to cancel a land conservation contract to facilities development of the 683 acre Shannon Ranch property located on the north side of Riggin Avenue, between Demaree Street and Dinuba Boulevard. Specifically, Land Conservation Contract No. 3327, located on the northwest corner of Riggin Avenue and Demaree Street, is proposed to be rescinded/cancelled, and Land Conservation Contract No. 6481, located on the northeast and northwest corners of Avenue 264 and Road 148, is proposed to be simultaneously placed in a permanent Agricultural Conservation Easement. The project would allow Area A to be developed in accordance with the City's existing general plan land use designations and zoning.
