Document Description
Prima Deschecha Landfill Phase C1 comprises 34 acres, of which 8.1 acres are cut area outside the refuse fill limts shown in the current solid waste facility permit. However, all of the proposed refuse disposal area to be lined within Phase C1 is within the permitted refuse limit. This phase requires CEQA documentation because Phase C1 requires grading native soil that may have impacts to the existing physical environment, including but not limited to biological resources, geophysical conditions, hydrology and water quality, etc.
