The Century City Shopping Center seeks to modify Conditions 7, 8, and 10 of the Conditions of Approval which were granted as part of ZA 87-0535 (CUB) and CF 88-0469. There is no new construction in this request. In 1987, the Century City Shopping Center received approval for the sale and dispensing of alcoholic beverages for on-site consumption in conjunction with an approximately 80,000 square-foot expansion of the shopping center. As part of that approval, several conditions of approval were adopted.
