Document Description
The project is a new Use Permit application upon the site of a previously approved Use Permit for an office complex, known as UP 1-90 that expires in January 2002. The Project Applicant has received continuous Time Extension approvals of the originating Use Permit. The Project Applicant now has modified the design of the original approval, and is proposing a two-phased office complex consisting of two towers totaling 474,500 square feet, and one nine-story parking garage. The project will be located on a 5.17 acre parcel at the northeast corner of Willow Pass Road and Waterworld Parkway, at 1401 Willow Pass Road. APN 126-300-045. The project is known as the "Metroplex Project" Use Permit UP 4-01.
