The proposed project would be located within the "Old 44 Business Park" and would replace and relocate the existing Department of Justice, Redding Laboratory facility that is no longer sufficient to accommodate necessary personnel and emergency equipment. The proposed facility would be approximately 16,799 gross square feet. The building would be a single story structure and would house a staff of approximately 17.
