Document Description
The proposed project is a Redevelopment Plan that includes a Project Area with subareas in the communities of Nice, Lucerne, Glenhaven/Clearlake Oaks Upper Lake. Redevelopment project include town centers, public area improvements; community building facade enhancement program; frontage and property improvements project; social, cultural, recreation, waterfront, and arts improvements, affordable housing rehabilitation construction; response to depreciated or stagnant property values and vacant lots and buildings or acquisitions necessary for effective redevelopment; development impact fee assistance; landscaping gateway; bicycle, and pedestrian improvements, streets and roads; storm drainage facilities; water system improvements; sewage system improvements; conference center; and consolidation of paper subdivisions.
