Document Description
The project applicant is proposing to develop an approximate 269,500 total square foot commercial facility for multi tenant use consisting of 156,000 square foot retail, 3,500 fast food retail and a 110,000 square foot warehouse distribution facilities will include roof top parking. Approximately 1,070 total parking spaces are planned for the proposed project. The fast-rood facility will provide by drive-thru service. The buildings will be one story with an approximate height of 45 feet. The project will also include roof top signs and billboards. Additional signage will be provided to identify each facility and at the entrances to the project site.
