Document Description
The proposed action and the preferred alternative is the development of a 347,476 square foot Casino building on 55.0 acres within the San Pasqual Reservation trust property on a site accessed from Lake Wohlford Road. The proposed facility will include a 68,600 square foot gaming area; a 238-room, 125,000 square foot hotel; and 2,400 parking spaces. The remaining area will consist of restaurants, a buffet, entertainment area with cabaret, a gift shop, children's guest services, and casino administration spaces. An onsite wastewater treatment facility will also be constructed.
