Development Variation to the Land Division ordinance to allow a 30 foot public access easement where 60 feet is required and the panhandle portion of Parcel 2, a flag lot, to exceed a 200 foot portion of the site is located within an Alquist - Priolo Earthquake Fault Zone. Site access is from Kirkelie Avenue via Beverly Anne Street, Carreta Avenue, and Darling Avenue from Cuddy Valley Road. Cuddy Valley Road is County maintained and is designated a major highway alignment by the Cuddy Valley Specific Plan. Domestic water is by individual well; sewage disposal by individual septic systems.
