Document Description
The applicants proposes to trench across and install two 12 inch diameter utility conduits at two sites on an unnamed tributary to Nimpomo Creek. These two crossings will be between lots 51 and 76, and 32 and 33. The applicant also proposes to extend the culvert and install storm drain outfalls at Thompson Road on the same drainage. The fourth component of the project is to grade a portion of the channel in the vicinity of Thompson Road to enhance storm water drainage. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (R3-2000-0693) pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game code to the project applicant, Bob Kober/ Union Asphalt.
