Document Description
The project is a minor subdivision of 17.19 acres into 4 single-family residential lots ranging from 3.4 to 4.7 acres. Vallecitos Water District will provide water service and sites will provide on-site septic systems. Access to the project site is from an existing private easement road from Elevado Road, which is an improved water district service road within an 80-foot wide easement.
