Lawson Valley Ranch consists of a Specific Plan (SP 00-03), Tentative Map (TM 5207), and Administrative Permit (AD 00-022) to subdivide 1,246 acres into 127 lots, 126 of which are proposed for estate residential lots. The applicant proposes utilizing the lot area averaging and clustering provisions of the General Plan and Zoning Ordinance to reduce the allowable lot sizes on selected lots to less than the eight acres required by current zoning.
