Document Description
This project consists of the approval of a Master Plan for Aviation Park / Redondo Beach Performing Arts Center and an improvement project that consists of the construction of a 12,600 square foot addition to existing Redondo Beach Performing Arts Center, increased on-site parking and enhanced recreational facilities. The project will also include the development of a new entrance and driveway from Space Park Drive and a realigned driveway entrance on Manhattan Beach Boulevard.
