The project will improve fire fighting capabilities and water quality for customers served by the existing Crest tank by replacing it with either one 64' diameter tank or two 46' diameter tanks with a height of 20 or 32 feet. Approximately 400 linear feet of steel pipeline will be replaced with 8-inch PVC pipe in existing easements.
