Document Description
California Department of Fish and Game is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1603 (SAA# R5-2001-0344) of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, H.G. Fenton Company. The applicant proposes to extend Camino Santa Fe Road, a circulation element of the Mira Mesa Community Plan and the City of San Diego Progress Guide and General Plan, from its existing southern terminus at Flanders Street to its northern terminus at Trade Street. The proposed roadway would run in the north-south direction through Carroll Canyon, and would cross both Rattlesnake Canyon on the north and Carroll Creek on the south. The Camino Santa Fe roadway project area is located between Flanders Street and Trade Street in the City of San Diego, San Diego County. The two streambed areas are within the Multi-habitat Planning Area (MHPA) of the Ctiy of San Diego's Multiple Species Conservation Planning Program sub-area plan.
