Document Description
The proposed project entails the adoption of the Redevelopment Project 2000 Plan in accordance with the standards of the California Community Redevelopment Law (CRL), Health and Safety Code Section 33000, et seq. The Plan Amendment would encompass 1,494 acres, which is virtualy all of the City not already in a redevelopment project area. Environmental Impact Reports (EIRs) have been approved previously for the Community Development Project Area and Amendments No. 1 and 2.
