California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1603 (SAA # 5-287-00) of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant. The applicant, Stefan LaCasse, representing D. R. Horton, proposes to alter the streambed within an unnamed intermittent stream channel and an unnamed ephemeral channel, tributaries to McGonigle Canyon Creek to accommodate the construction of a 65 single-unit residential housing development with associated utilities and roadways, including an on-sight portion of the Camino Ruiz Roadway, impacting 0.45 acres of streambed.
