Establish waste disposal area of 27.8 acres. Increase the estimated site life from 1993 to 2024. Increase the tons per day from 8 tons to 44 tons per day. Decrease in hours of operation from 24 hours per day to daylight hours as needed. Establish elevation mean sea level at a maximum 5131 feet and minimum 5085 feet. Increase in site capacity from 359,000 cubic yards to 390,000 cubic yards.
