Document Description
The project proposes 15 dwelling units on Sierra Vista Avenue, between San Ramon Avenue and San Luis Avenue. Each dwelling unit would contain two bedrooms and would be grouped in three buildings consisting of four units (Building 1), seven units (Building 2), and four units (Building 3). Parking would be provided at 2.3 spaces per unit for a total of 35 spaces, and would be located in detached carports and on surface parking lots. Vehicular access to the site is from Sierra Vista Avenue.
