Document Description
The project Applicant, Walt Disney Imagineering (WDI) proposes to develop the Grand Central Creative Campus (GC3) in the City of Glendale. The GC3 project site is comprised of several previously developed properties generally located within and adjacent to the existing Grand Central Business Centre in the San Fernando Road Corridor Redevelopment Project Area . The project site currently contains approximately 2.38 million square feet of floor area. Implementation of the GC3 project would result in the retention, replacement, renovation or construction of production, design, and media office buildings to support a wide range of entertainment uses. The proposed project would also result in the construction of up to 3.57 million square feet of incremental floor area.
