Document Description
The fundamental nature of the Modesto General Plan (adopted 8/15/95) will not change, although minor changes to the Circulation Element are proposed. The orginal Master EIR (SCH92052017) will be streamlined, a new Initial Study added, and various mitigation measures will be deleted, as they are redundant with General Plan policies.
