Land use amendments associated with Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map 2002-06, proposing minor adjustments to the Plan in the following areas: 1) amend Figure 5.2, Zoning Diagram of the BRSP to reflect minor lot size and zoning adjustments; 2) amend Table 5.2, BRSP Development Code to allow a 15' rear-yard setback in the SPR-2 (5,000 sq. ft. lot min.) Zone (instead of the 20' rear-yard setback as presently required); 3) amend Figure 6.2, BRSP Circulation Plan to include alleyways in residential blocks abutting the neighborhood park; 4) Amend Figure 6.11, BRSP Pedestrian and Bicycle Circulation Plan to extend the linear multi-purpose trail adjacent to the BNSF Railroad ROW to the eastern limit of the Plan Area; 5) replace Section 7.5 [Encouraged Low Density Residential Site Design Guidelines] and Section 7.5 [Encouraged Low Density Residential Architecture] guidelines and in their place, incorporate the recently-adopted Oakdale Single Family Residential Design Expectations, including residential lot fence standards.
